Robin Asken, Hire-essentials co-founder and managing partner, possesses more than 25 years of business management experience in the healthcare industry. She served as Executive Director for one of the leading outpatient surgical centers in Connecticut and founded The Asken Center for alternative and complementary therapy in Westport, Connecticut. In these capacities, Ms. Asken has extensively recruited many healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, technicians and a variety of administrative and medical support personnel.

Jeffrey Heyel, Hire-essentials co-founder and general partner, is a Connecticut-based employment attorney, possessing over 10 years of professional, legal and corporate human resources experience.
Attorney Heyel has extensive recruiting experience in a variety of industries and professional disciplines, providing recruitment services to  a host of small to midsize businesses and fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. These companies include Allied Signal, Snyder Communications, Connex International and the Minnesota Metropolitan Council, among others.
